What I Love Capturing

You know what I love most about photography? Getting to know people and their stories!

I love the excitement and emotions of a wedding day, those tiny newborn fingers and toes (seriously, how adorable are they?!), the beautiful chaos of family life, and seeing someone's confidence shine through in front of my camera.

But what makes it even more special for me is meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures. I love learning about their traditions, hearing their stories, and seeing all the different ways people celebrate love, family, and life.

And honestly, being trusted to capture even a tiny part of someone's story? That's something I'll never stop appreciating.

A Little More About Me

When I'm not behind the camera, you'll probably find me spending time with my husband and daughter, getting lost in a good book or TV show, baking, or jumping into yet another creative project (because apparently, I can't sit still!).

I'm a huge sitcom fan! Friends and The Office are two of my all-time favourites, and lately, I've been making my way through the ACOTAR series.

And coffee? Oh, I'm pretty sure I have coffee running through my veins! I'm especially obsessed with brown sugar iced lattes. Seriously, they're my weakness!

I'm originally from Iran, and Saskatoon has been my home since 2021. I moved here to pursue my master's degree in linguistics, but somewhere along the way, photography became a much bigger part of my life.

And yes, I'm still the one taking way too many photos at family gatherings!
